Membership Renewal
 

Thank you for your continuing support of our community.

For more information about our Fair Share Membership Dues model, please see the membership renewal letter from our membership chair and Rabbi Harry.  Here is our Confidentiality policy.

Note: If you login to your account at the top of the page, some of these fields in the form will populate for you.  Also, this form will not take payments directly.
1)  FAIR SHARE MEMBERSHIP DUES

To estimate your household income, please refer to line 15000 on last year’s tax return. For households with more than one income earner, add line 15000 from all tax filings. If your financial means exceed your reported income, we kindly ask that you take that into account when selecting your dues category.

Please select your household income category.  If you are an out of town family, our office staff will reduce your dues by 50%.

2)  Can you give a little bit more?

If you are able to give a little more to subsidize our members who cannot pay their full dues, it would be an appreciated mitzvah.  Please select the suggested amount based on your household income OR by putting a fixed amount in the box labeled "Annual Additional Donation".
There will be an additional 2.5% added to your membership dues if you are paying with a credit card.
Payment plans - monthly, quarterly or singular - for membership are available.

We accept:
1) Postdated Cheques – made payable to Congregation Emanu-El.
2) Electronic Funds Transfer — please send payments to bookkeeper@congregationemanuel.ca. Auto-deposit is set up so there is no need for a security question.
3) Direct Debit – please provide a void cheque (or equivalent) that includes bank name, address & account number to bookkeeper@congregationemanuel.ca.
4) Credit Card - please call Congregation Emanu-El at (250) 382-0615 if we do not have your credit card on file.  There will be an additional 2.5% added to your membership to cover our credit card processing fees.
